JESC 2007: Tuesday's rehearsals

This Saturday, the 5th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Rotterdam. The rehersals are underway and on Tuesday, the first seven countries have entered the stage: Georgia, Belgium, Armenia, Cyprus, Portugal, Russia and Romania.

1. Georgia - Mariam Romelashvili

Debutant country Georgia will open the show on Saturday with a spectacular performance. The song Odelia, Ranuni was rehearsed several times and the performance was well received.

2. Belgium - Trust

Belgian group Trust's first rehearsal went very well and lead singer Eva gave a very strong vocal performance of Anders.

3. Armenia - Arevik

The first gimmick of the evening comes from another debutant: Armenian group Arevik brought a steering wheel on stage for the performance of their song Erazanq. The show promises to become very colourful!

4. Cyprus - Yiorgos

An elaborate choreogrpahy will be brought on stage by Cypriot representative Yiorgos. The outfits for his performance of I mousiki dinei ftera will be black, blue and silver.

5. Portugal - Jorge

Jorge from Portugal will be joined by four background dancers for the performance of his entry Só quero é cantar. Another well developped dance routine!

6. Russia - Alexandra

Another very good vocal performance came from Russian representative Alexandra. With her entry and her performance, she is going to try to bring another Junior Eurovision Song Contest victory to Russia.

7. Romani - 4Kids

A professional performance can be expected by 4Kids from Romania. The performance of their song Sha-la-la will be based on a complex choreography.

What a stupid thing to say... offcourse we do not hate it, it's just something out of my interest field. I lost my heart at the Eurovision songcontest and this just doesn't do me anything. I would not stay home for it. And a western thing ? With 65 % of the participants coming from Eastern Europe ??????
