Facebook campaign launched
Daniel Diges records new version of Algo pequeñito
Daniel Diges is currently working on the preview video to be submitted to the European Broadcasting Union in order to officially present the Spanish candidacy to the Eurovision fans and audience. The new version of his entry Algo pequeñito was recorded last weekend and is expected to be disclosed within the coming weeks.
The Spanish representative's promotion has already started on the Internet, with a social networking campaign called "Un millón de pequeñitos", on Facebook. Daniel has expressed his wish of having 1 million people supporting him in the lead up to the Eurovision Song Contest. You can find the Facebook page here.
Besides that, Daniel has kicked off his own blog on the RTVE Eurovision website, where he keeps record of his daily preparations for the contest, to be held in May.

Spain, as a member of the Big-4 group, is automatically granted a spot in the Eurovision Song Contest final, to be held on May 29th in Oslo.

People, let's sit back and enjoy the show! I guess I have already stated that, somehow, En Una Vida is beyond ESC and I am happy for that (maybe it's just small consolation )
I'll continue to support Harel, Daniel, Juliana, and those I consider worthy and quality entries. And I will continue to love Coral and consider her song one of the best songs I have ever heard in or around ESC; surely we can like more than one thing in life, right?

Jose, I have expressed my opinion numerous times as to why he won etc. Nevermind, I'm all about my country Israel and my fave esc country Sweden now...Shalom and hugs from Israel, I think we will do amazingly well this year

No, I don't think this is Spain's year. In fact, up to know, I think that Belgium is going to win. Simply I like very much "Algo pequeñito" and I've only said that news about the spanish song are the most commented, and this is a fact..... Ah, and Mina possibly is the great Daniel supporter, but for sure he's not the only one. And the other fact is that Daniel did better than Coral in the NF, for this reason he won. It's quite simple to understand. Good luck to Israel
Well Jose, I wan't alone thank you very much, and if 'my discussion' (along with Coral supporters Marcelo and Marko) with Diges fans (ummm ok Mina) took 3 pages or so, that too means something. If you wanna think it's Spains year by all means, dreams are allowed, just to mention Soraya was hugely promoted here last year as well...

The big favorites this year for me are Belgium by far and then Ireland...This year we are going to laugh a lot as Russia and Ukraine don't stand a chance to be in the final ! (especially with the jury vote..!) and also greece could be out of the final if we send anything else but second skin ! (especially if we send the hideous alkaios...last place in the semifinal for the first time and A LOT of laughing from the rest of europe....more than when gipsy.cz sang aven romale...!)

I like Anna and Darin too, but Salem's song has really grown on me since I last gave my opinion on the MF finalists. Still, there is no song I really, really love among the 10 Swedish hopefuls this year ...
