The show
The show to be hosted by Martin Rausch will start at 20:15 CET and it will be broadcast on STV1. Twelve acts will present one song each and the winner will be chosen by a jury (50%) and SMS voting (50%).

In 2009, Slovakia returned to the Eurovision Song Contest after eleven years and was represented by Kamil Miculcik and Nela Pocisková with the song Let' tmou. The duo finished 18th in the second semi final thus not qualifying for the final. In 2010, the country will compete in the first semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 25th May.

It is worrying indeed, so many great songs have failed already and crap has been sent instead... but in this case I think it would be the biggest loss for ESC so far in this year not to choose Kristina.
If Slovakia don't select Horehronie they will be losing a great chance to go top 5 .... I'm certain it would be at least top 5 in Oslo.

Am abit worried- Kristina seems to be the only desent entry of the lot, but so far these good songs haven't qualified and performing in 2nd I'm worried its going to be another rubish entry into ESC 2010

Today is the big day 
I'm so eager to see who is going to win in Slovakia. I just hope Kristina will get the ticket to Oslo, she is just one of my super favourites of this ESC's season and she is also a strong contender to be my Yohanna of 2010!
I still hope the slovak people will choose wisely and make the right decision. If Kristina will be chosen, Slovakia will be in the big final then and I think Slovakia has a huge chance to reach their best result ever with this.

I aslo like the entries by Mista and Miro Jaros but I don't wanna one of them to win, because I guess their songs are not strong comparing to Kristina's one.

What does horehronie mean in English?
KRISTINA can reach the best result for us in Oslo. So without any discussions KRISTINA.
Biggest contenders probably Mista, Tomas Bezdeda and Miro Jaros (acc. to the SF results). I believe that Martina Sindlerova can do some good result as well.
I am glad that STV will broadcast the final online too - so all fans of ESC can possibility to watch our national final.
Kristina´s fans - please pray for Kristina´s victory. I hope that our folk can be clever and will send the best choice for good result in Oslo.

Unfortunately there is no song I like in Slovakia, which is a shame, as I adored their previous entries. I reckon the best for me is Miro. Tomas is pleasent again this year, so it wouldn't be so bad if he entered. Martina is also okay, but nothing all too good
