Congrats Edsilia!
Hope to see you back at esc again haha
@Sara
That was the opinion I formed after seeing the first season when I learnt what it was like.
* is
I should have declined that second glass of wine at dinner ...
Dear ESC Today
I am writing to wish Edsilia Rombley all the best of luck during her pregnancy, lets all hope that everything goes well as Edsilia will be an excellent mother to her new baby due in August, may I say that Edsilia Rombley is a fantastic singer and I have enjoyed her entries to the Eurovision Song Contest in both 1998 and 2007.
Once again may I wish Edsilia Rombley all the best of luck.
Yours Truly

I guess that Edsilia in on top of the world now ...
edsilia was utterly robbed in 2007 , as with several other western entries she was totally ignored
Yay, congratulations, Edsilia!
Marko.. nvm lol
You see? I'm clever and funny just like you.
I know what EMA is --its Electrische Museumtramlijn Amsterdam and BB - Bareback!
Laila and Marko.. in case you didn know that... we got here on esctoday a chat room.. thnx
@Marko
We had BB years ago, but thankfully it's over now. It was just for voyeuristic people who like watching people shower naked, hear their toilet sounds, models with implants and watch them have sex in the house etc. In the first season in Norway there was a woman who cheated on her boyfriend while she was in the house. That's not good entertainment in my world.
It was a terrible show so I am just glad we don't have it anymore.
@ w s
Hahaha xD
Congratulations Edsila
@Marko
OMG! You still have BB there?
I feel for you, lol.
32-year-old? Edsilia???
@w s
Something tells me it bothers you more than Edsilia.
Imagine poor Edsilia visiting esctoday. She watches the frontpage. And she sees there are already more then 60 comments on this item. Imagine how disappointed she will be when she sees the majority of those comments having nothing to do with her little baby.
And for Georgia... well, because I don't like the singer... If I don't like the singer and the guy who wrote the song can write horrible songs as well, it just means it's unpromising. I hope I am proven wrong of course.
Do you still listen to the radio? Sade is playing now, do you like her?
Marko, he is just unpromising. When I said that I had mostly in mind the horrible songs like "Call me" and "Više nisam tvoja" which is the WORST Croatian entry ever! They also added too much pop into "Love symphony" and not enough classical music. And he also made that "Canta por mim" this year which is bad. I know in his case it can go both ways, I can either like it or hate it. This year his Portuguese entry is bad and Manca is OK. He also made one for Georgia... I liked Alenka, Vania was just OK.
Awwww, I loved "Love symphony"
Lea Sirk is the last. Terrible song, I don't like it.
It was the worst of all. 2/10
Now my rank of the songs I like most looks like this;
1. Langa
2. Ansambel Roka Žlindre & Kalamari
3. Hamo in Gal
4. Anastazija Juvan
5. Stereotipi
6. Manca Špik
7. Martina Feri & Tomaž Nedoh
@Marko
Don't worry, they'll be up on the internet soon enough.
Plenty of rock songs this year, but none win.
Stereotipi was also a bit good. A strong 7/10
Vlado's song is a bit boring and forgettable, but not bad. 4/10
Marko
You're welcome.
I thought you'd like to hear them.
Tangels is a bit less than average for me - 4/10
Anastazija got to me! I actually like this one a lot, it's one of the best ballads. 8/10
Hamo in Gal... Wow, I actually really like this one too! Beeeeaaautiful!
I bet they have no chance though because they are old men, lol.
The refrain was so pretty in this song, OH and they added drums now too!
Fantastic refrain! - 9/10
But Marko, don't forget that everything can happen when it's live! Maybe Manca is bad live, lol.
Nuša Derenda - 5/10. It is so average to me, but I like whatever it is in the song that makes me think back on the 90s.
"Narodno zabavni rock" is my second favourite.
Marko
Manca's song reminds me of Regina's at some parts and it also sounds like a movie soundtrack. I find it a bit pretentious, but it's alright, it just doesn't go anywhere. It sounds like it builds up to something all the time, but a climax never comes. It's still a weak 7 out of 10 for me. Langa is way better!
