Singing for Eestimaa uhkus

Urban Symphony three times live

Last December 19, this year's Estonian entrant, Urban Symphony, performed at the Eestimaa uhkus (Estonian pride gala), broadcast on TV3.

Eestimaa uhkus is held every year and aims to honor people who are doing remarkable things to make the society better. Urban Symphony performed three songs in acoustic version. First of all, the Eurovision entry Rändajad, which you can watch below:

Then, their second single Päikese poole:

And finally, Crying in the rain. This song 1962 was Rain" was written by Howard Greenfield and Carole King and originally recorded by The Everly Brothers. A big number of cover versions were made, including one by A-ha, which was a hit in 1990.

Urban Symphony represented Estonia last May in Moscow, with the song Rändajad. They not only managed to qualify their country for the grandfinal (which didn’t occur since 2004) but also reached a very good 6th place on Saturday night.
