New single released: Lonely
Russia: Dima Bilan on ice again
Dima Bilan, the Russian representative and the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 takes part in a show called Stars on ice, where he will be ice-skating with the Olympic champion Elena Berezhnaya. Together with Bilan participates his producer Yana Rudkovskaya. Yana's partner is another champion, Ruslan Goncharov.
The concept of the show is to take a professional ice-skater and a famous artist or a singer from Russia, who never stood on ice before. The pairs train together all week long and on Saturday nights they show the audience and tele-audience what they have achieved. The show is accompanied by beautiful music and costumes. The jury, then, judges the pair and puts them a mark according to the international scale: 0-6 for technical elements, and 0-6 for artistism. The average of both is added and the final result is then placed on the scoreboard together with other participants of the show.
The project was launched yesterday night, and Dima Bilan together with Elena Berezhnaya got the maximum 6 points from all the members of the jury. To help Dima Bilan during his first performance as an ice-skater came and sang during his show, an ex Eurovision participant Alsou, who was placed second back in Stockholm.
Meanwhile, Dima Bilan released a new single called Lonely. You can listen to the clip below:

the russian version is much better!!!!
Dima on ice! Gorgeous! Thanx for videos!
I like the song more than "Believe". Still, "Believe" is a good song, although I still think Ani Lorak shoud have won. I can't stop regretting about Charlotte's poor result - she really deserved more
He's a very good skater and I like Lonely.
Gee, what a lousy ice skater! What a ridiculously lousy one!
Which one of the two will wear the glitter outfits.... I bet there will be some wild fights between those two diva's....
the ice queen lives
um is anyone looking at Alsou??? she is flippin beautiful! lol
Alsou was the best!!!!!!
You're welcome, Stockholm
He didn't know how to skate back in Belgrade...he only started learning skating a couple of months ago, and at 1st he kept falling down
...but in the end, I think he managed to give a decent performance
Hes soooooo hot! :-D
But WHAT has he done with his hair?? Its too long :-(
Thanks for posting the videos, Mina. Dima's got talent
Why didn't he skate in Belgrade?
Dima trained very hard for this event and he did very well, but for me the highlight was the beginning of the show when he sang Believe dancing on ice together with Plushenko...that was awesome! Of course he's nowhere as good as Plushenko but still!
This is a video from that perfomance:

And here is a video of his dancing, for whice he didn't get 6 pts from all jury members like the article says..he got 3 6's and 3 5,5's. Alsou sang the song to which Dima danced with Elena, and it was nice seeing her again, although I would have liked her to sing Solo.

Also, on that show, there were other familiar faces from Eurovision,too...Ani Lorak, Serebro and Philip Kirkorov..not dancing, but singing
Oh, God, what a nice time did we have when there weren't any news about this russian "SUPER" star. He and his atitude...
Hate him...
Alsou reached second place in Stockholm, not in Copenhagen.
He'll melt the poor ice!!
He's hot. And that's it.
can we keep him "on ice" for ever????????????
