I cannot see why he should be interested in th UK - the country with no neighbours and even less friends- re a stadium-big San Marino...
Russia alone is big enough to make a fortune!!!

San Marino got pts only from Greece & Andorra. Pity :-(

Diva Belan doesn't deserve this promo tour.

in my opinion, Bilan should skip the UK, Sweden and San Marino on his winner's tour, the counties that neglected him in the final voting

This is how esctoday seem to work, chico: people who are successful are insulted as much as possible. When Charlotte did well in the polls she was ridiculoed by some. Same happened when Chiara and Charlotte wre successful. Now it's Dima's turn, even though he was one of the favourites in the polls.
The song was not my favourite, and I'm not happy with the way the voting system works, but Russia won according to the current rules. We should relax a bit and - as Irish fans told us before the contest: don't take it all too seriously, there are more important things to get angry about.

UK 9.3 million watched.

The BBC was not commenting on Wogan's remarks or the calls for it to withdraw its funding. But it is very unlikely to withdraw from the contest, after revealing that 9.3 million viewers tuned in on Saturday night - a share of just under 50%.

Still - they are down on last year.

the Eurovision Song Contest needs new rules!!!

it's too big to see many countries will participating!
43 countries!!! next year it will be 45? - kosovo will maybe enter and maybe uzbekistan or turkmenistan???

is this the Eurovision Song Contest???

NO, NO - STOP!!!

one evening, one Eurovision Song Contest! not more!

it was okay to saw just one semi final to choice the top 10 in the final. but the system with 2 semi finals didn't work...
it's too much!!!

and what should brings europe when in the final can vote all 43 countries???? NOTHING!

we have seen it!

at first:
I would like to see the full program with the points from 1-12 by the spokersperson!

the voting part is the most greatest highlight in the show!
please bring it back!!!

please let just the participating countries in the final to vote!

please bring juries to the event...
50% juries / 50% televoting - this could help against the diaspora!

if we will see next year 2 semi finals again...
the voting should be change!

-the countries from the semi 1 should vote in the final only for these countries from semi 1 + big four and host country AND not more!!!

-the countries from the semi 2 should vote in the final only for these countries from semi 2 + big four and host country AND not more!!!

-the big four should be divide in two... two of them to vote for the participating countrys from one semi final which has passed in the final!

-only the host country should vote for all participating countries in the final.

-countries that has not passed in the final should not have to vote!

I think we will never see an Eurovision Song Contest with only 24 or 26 participating countries!

the idea with the voting like this idea would be perfect!
and when juries come back and we would see 50% juries voting and 50% televoting we would have a real winner without diaspora!

if no many are complaining about Russia's victory, well be strong and do not attend to winner's tour. All these complaints, you should send them directly to the EBU and Svante Stockselius. When is he finally realazing that he is distroying the good old ESC?????????

If the ex-Soviet block wasn't so strong the clear winner would be Greece. Get your facts straight.

Dima won fair and sqaure so if Western Countries want another win then send someone popular throughout Western Europe just like Russia and Ukraine did, except with Eastern Europe!

Remember Andy was peforming early on (2nd position) so his chances of top 10 were low, Romania and Albania also lost out on some points due to running order number!

Rougemont D'Castile [13439]
Mon 26 May 2008 13:37:49

If you are referring to the pictures that were freely available on the internet when Dima participated the first time round there was nothing remotely disgusting about them. He was certainly showing a lot of flesh, but what's the big deal? Dima deserves his win & the losers should stop whinging.

Well i'm gay and I still wouldn't want to see them! I've seen one picture where he didn't show very much, but he's a pretty ugly man...

Who would want to see pathetic Dima Bilan perform? I would go for Nicki French, Bucks Fizz and Sonia!

Glen Bartlett [22315]
Mon 26 May 2008 13:32:44

Rougemont

I wasnt referring to Dima in particular, I was referring to gay porn in particular.
And please, dont think I'm saying this because I'm 'jealous' of Russia doing well - because at the end of the day, after each contest, whoever wins or loses, we're still breathing.
