Ellie Blewitt
erm....heya everyone! my name is ellie and i am 15 years old...My brithday is on the 6th November and i guess im kinda excited about it this year as i finally turn 16!!!. I live in the United Kingdom in a small but annoying place called Dudley which is in the West Midlands.
I suppose that ive always liked Eurovision... i think its a good way of enjoying music which is unknown to your own country but quite recently ive started to like it a whole lot more hense my membeship on this site!! hehe! I like to think i can spot a winner when i see one and most of the time im wrong but at least i end up with a song i like listening to!

Now about my counrty .... i am in no way patriotic so i have no problem in saying that in the last god knows how many years our songs have been rubbish.. i mean Gemini, Jessica Garlic, James Fox, Javine, Daz Sampson... fair play to them for having a go but to be honest their attempts have all resulted in anything other than victory. Katrina and the waves- love shine a light was a good deserved win for us and since then noting has hit the standards they set in 1997.
I just hope that the United Kingdom gets its act together and surprises us all with a good entry this year.
