After the horrible year of 2007, I think that it's time for the western countries to start their own contest with "The big 4", the Scandinavian countries, Portugal, Andorra, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and The Netherlands. I hope that I haven't forgot any of them....
So we can have our own contest, and the eastern can have their. Than they can vote for their neighbours as much as they want...
