My story
David Ferguson
Scottish guy, 23, have been a Eurovision fan since about 1992, loved the UK entries of the early 1990's. Gina G was robbed in 1996 - though that was one of my fave contests. Think the best run contest was Riga 2003, great venue, stage, performances and songs - except the winner, very bad.
I always look forward to the ESC each year, love the build up. Daz was a pathetic entry for the UK last year and although I enjoyed Scooch it was a terribel choice. The BBC needs to be able to choose a much better shortlist for the UK ESC fans to choose from. My fave songs of the noughties have been:
2000 - Norway, Latvia and Estonia
2001 - France, Sweden and Greece
2002 - UK, Estonia and France
2003 - Sweden, Iceland and Ireland
2004 - Sweden, Greece and Iceland
2005 - Malta, Serbia & Montenegro and Belarus
2006 - Belgium, Sweden and Estonia
2007 - UK, Russia and Turkey
