My story

Jessica Carter

My Eurovision story began by watching the 1993 Contest at my friend Diane's house. I remember being a huge fan of Sonia at the time and was upset she didn't win.

Fast forward a few years to 1998, when I had my first live experience of the Contest when it was held in Birmingham. Since then, the only Contests I have missed are the 2003 and 2004 Junior events.

As those in the forum will know, my favourite song is Diamond Of Night, which represented Estonia in 1999. Other favourites of mine include Norway 1996, Sweden 2004, France in both 2001 and 2002 and the United Kingdom in both 1997 and 1998.
