Austria will be back...

As a child my parents used to play the old Eurovision classics such as "Merci Cherie" and "L'oiseau et enfant" on audio cassette as well as stars such as Vicki Leandros with "Apr������¨s Toi". I remember watching my first Eurovision in 1983 with my parents (they have good taste ;-)) ) and I did not understand at that time how the Luxemburg song won, at least my mother was awefully disappointed because Israel was her favourite I guess. The great year came in 1985 as my sister recorded the ESC from G������¶teborg. After this, I was for ever addicted to ESC until today. Thank you sister!! I guess I became traumatised by Lill Lindfors brilliant hosting, her intro song and the well-known "dress" problem she had before the voting started......and of course the whole "aura" of ESC.....
