I remember my self sitting in the floor of my home watching Eurovision trying to imitate some singers and trying to singing my favourite songs of that period....Then has started "my career" to the Eurovision Song Contest. I'm 38 years old living in Athens. I work as a Radio Producer and Commentator in Athens Radio (98.3 fm) and Athens International radio (104.4 fm) having a music show called "Multi Culti" with light european music . I love trips, animals, cinema, geology, photos, knowing people. My origins come from Chios island, where i have a flat visiting my place almost every 2 weeks for 3 days, just escaping from the reality and noisy Athens life...Chios is my world ...and i think if i had a good job there i could move forever. Chios is in Eastern Aegean sea 4 hours by fast boat and 8 hours by ordinary boat, which i prefer since during all night i breath seas breeze, fresh air, staring at the stary sky , listening to the sea, dreaming in my sleeping bag and listening to my music...And i when i wake up in the morning i realize that i am in my place,Chios. Chios is the 5th larger Greek island well know by its products especially "mastic gum" and Chios Massacre by the Ottoman Empire wich took place in 1822 ( used to have population 118.000 souls, left 1.800!!!), famous in the rest of Europe by Victor Hugos poet and Delacroix paints .
I live with my friend Achilleas in a flat in Athens and enjoy having good friends with us organising video nights and coocking nice Greek dishes made by me...he he. I follow since 1989 the Eurovision Song Contest with the Greek delegation. My favourite Greek entries are : 1977, 1989, 1991, 1995, 2001 and 2003. My favourite GreekCypriot artist is Anna Vissi.I had a wonderful dog, Adam, who left me....after 13 years of partnership....I can't handle it yet....From 1987 i was the coordinator of Ogae Hellas, having a 1st prize in 1994 with Sabrina's "Ftes". I have broadcasted 3 times for my radio Station the Italian San Remo Festival live from Teatro Ariston and organising many events and Radio shows dedicated to the Eurovision.I had the chance to get an interview with Eros Rammazzotti and Lucio Dalla I had also the chance to write original French lyrics for Cyprus entry in the Eurovision 1992, sung by Evridiki, Italian lyrics for the CYP entry 1993 and original French, Spanich and Italian lyrics in CYP entry of 1996 sung by Konstantinos.I've studied Poltical Sciences in Athens Law School , been in lausanne for 18 mounths following French language, and Media's Communication. I speak 6 languages. My favourite cities i've been in Europe are : Istanbul, Rome, Dublin,Prague, Berlin, Brugges, Copenhagen, Ljubljana. As caracter...mmm let's give you the challenge to know me better inviting you in my beautiful country! That's my story more or less..I thank you for your attention.
